SpotRentt Manage
Keep vacancy, applications, leases, and rent records attached to the right unit.
Add properties and units once. Mark a unit vacant, handle the people who respond, approve an application, and continue with the lease, rent confirmations, and maintenance from the same operational record.
The unit lifecycle
A unit changes state. Your team should not rebuild its history.
Each state tells the property team what needs attention and gives the tenant the matching next step.

Role-aware access
Owners see the portfolio. Caretakers see the work assigned to them.
Access follows responsibility so a focused operational role does not automatically expose the whole organisation.

How the money moves
Rent lands in your account, not ours.
Register your own paybill, till or bank details. Tenants pay you directly and submit the M-Pesa code; you confirm it and the charge is marked paid. No settlement wait, no platform cut of rent.
SpotRentt earns from two things instead: coins, which tenants spend to unlock a listing, and subscriptions, which property businesses pay for the management portal. That is the whole model.
- 1
Tenant pays the landlord directly
M-Pesa paybill, till, bank transfer — whatever the landlord already uses.
- 2
Tenant submits the M-Pesa code
One field in the app. Each code can only ever be used once.
- 3
Landlord confirms it
The charge flips to paid, and both sides have the same record.
SpotRentt never holds, routes or escrows rent. There is nothing for us to lose, delay or take a cut of.
Plans
Choose limits that match the portfolio you run.
