These cover this website and the pre-launch waitlist. Using the SpotRentt apps will require accepting separate terms of service, which you will see before creating an account.

Everything described here reflects what the SpotRentt platform does at the time of writing. Features, limits and prices may change before public launch. Nothing on this site is an offer of tenancy, an agency agreement or financial advice.

• Joining is free and creates no obligation on either side.
• Joining is not an account. You still create one, and accept the app terms, when we invite you.
• You must confirm your email address. Unconfirmed entries are not invited, because we will not email an address nobody has proved they own.
• Use an address you control. Signing others up without their consent gets the entry removed.
• You can leave at any time from the link in any email we send.

Joining the waitlist does not currently guarantee coins, cash, account credit, or any other incentive. If we introduce a pilot incentive, we will state its amount, eligibility, timing, and limits before it applies.

• Coins are a platform credit used to unlock listing details. They are not money, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable between accounts.
• Any future incentive terms will apply only to the people and period they name.

To be unambiguous: SpotRentt does not collect, hold, escrow or forward rent. Tenants pay landlords directly on the landlord's own account, and the platform records the confirmation. Any dispute about a rent payment is between the tenant and the landlord.

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, submit others' personal details, or use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing. We rate-limit submissions and will block sources that abuse them.

The SpotRentt name, the mark, and the text and artwork on this site belong to SpotRentt. All illustrations and visuals here were made for SpotRentt.

The site is provided as-is while we are pre-launch. We don't warrant uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for losses arising from reliance on pre-launch descriptions of features. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
