SpotRentt Move

See nearby moving jobs and run them with your own team.

A customer posts the pickup, destination, preferred date, and notes. Eligible mover companies can see open jobs near the pickup, accept one with a quote, assign a driver, and keep the customer updated through job status.

How a job reaches your team

From an open request to a completed move.

The current pilot flow is operationally simple: nearby discovery, one valid acceptance, team assignment, and visible status.

    Step 01

    Customer posts the move

Pickup, destination, preferred date, and notes create an open job.

    Step 02

    Nearby movers see it

The open-job feed is filtered around the pickup location.

    Step 03

A mover accepts with a quote

The first valid acceptance assigns the mover company in the MVP.

    Step 04

    The company runs the job

A driver is assigned, statuses are updated, and the job remains in company history.

Role-aware work

One company app, focused responsibilities.

A company of one can operate alone. A growing mover can separate acceptance, dispatch, and driving permissions.

Company owner

Sets up the organisation, controls team access, and accepts open jobs.

Dispatcher

Coordinates assigned work where the organisation grants that permission.

Driver

Sees assigned job details and updates the operational status.

Pilot scope

What the first mover pilot includes.

The pilot promise is limited to the flow already being prepared—not the larger marketplace features that may follow.

Included in the core flow

Nearby open jobs, a quote on acceptance, company assignment, driver assignment, operational job status, and company job history.

Not promised yet

Vetted badges, comparison of multiple quotes, ratings, live GPS tracking, proof-of-delivery media, platform payouts, or automated pricing.

Pilot pricing

Founding mover access is free during the pilot.

Future commission or subscription pricing is undecided. Any model will be explained before it applies.

Mover questions

Assignment, access, and payment

How is an open job assigned?
In the current MVP, the first eligible mover company to complete a valid acceptance with a quote is assigned the job. It is not a customer comparison of several quotes.
What details can I see before accepting?
The open-job view provides the information approved for mover discovery, including the pickup area, destination context, requested date, and move notes. Exact fields follow the current job contract.
Can one driver operate as a company of one?
Yes. A single operator can own the mover organisation and handle accepted work without creating a larger team.
How does the customer pay during the pilot?
The customer pays the mover directly under the agreed arrangement. SpotRentt does not currently process mover payouts.
Which areas will the pilot cover?
Coverage will open where tenant, property, and mover participation can support a useful local flow. Join with your location so we can plan those groups.
