Private pilot in preparation · Kenya

One clear record, from vacant unit to lived-in home.

SpotRentt connects three separate apps. Tenants find nearby vacancies and unlock protected details. Property teams handle applications, leases, rent records, and maintenance. Movers receive nearby jobs when a tenant is ready to move.

  • Rent goes directly to the landlord.
  • Exact details stay protected until unlock.
  • Each role gets its own app.

One rental journey

Every handoff keeps the same context.

A vacancy should not become a new WhatsApp thread, then a new spreadsheet row, then a new mover search. SpotRentt carries the important record forward.

Beyond the listing

Finding the home is the start, not the finish.

SpotRentt is designed around the state changes that usually force people to start again somewhere else.

Handoff 01

Vacancy to application

A tenant searches a unit the property team marked vacant, unlocks it, requests a viewing, and applies.

Handoff 02

Approval to tenancy

Approval creates the lease and rent schedule, closes competing applications, and removes the occupied unit from search.

Handoff 03

Move-in to daily management

The move job, rent confirmations, and maintenance stay connected to the people already involved.

Clear boundaries

The platform coordinates the record. It does not take your rent.

SpotRentt handles

  • Search and protected listing unlocks
  • Viewing and application records
  • Leases, rent schedules, and confirmations
  • Move-job status and maintenance tickets

SpotRentt does not

  • Hold, route, or escrow rent
  • Expose exact locations before entitlement
  • Guarantee that availability cannot change
  • Replace an in-person viewing or due diligence

Waitlist

Help us open all three sides in the same places

Tell us which side of the rental journey you are on and where you are. We will invite balanced pilot groups instead of opening a market with only one side present.

  • Your role helps us balance each pilot group.
  • Your location helps us open useful local coverage.
  • Your confirmation keeps the list intentional.

We send the confirmation and the relevant pilot or launch invitation. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter, and you can leave any time.

Questions

The short version

Is SpotRentt publicly available?
Not yet. Core flows are built and are being prepared for an integrated private pilot. People on the waitlist will be invited market by market when their role and location are ready.
Why are there three apps?
Tenants, property teams, and movers have different work to do. Each gets a focused app, while the important rental record carries forward between them.
Does SpotRentt collect rent?
No. A tenant pays the landlord's own paybill, till, or bank account. SpotRentt records the submitted M-Pesa code and the property team's confirmation; it never holds or routes rent.
Which towns will open first?
Pilot areas will be chosen from places where enough tenants, property teams, and movers are ready together. That is why the waitlist asks for both your role and location.
